On 7/18 I slipped Comcast and requested FIOS due to a marketing which was working. Verizon was supplying a $250 gift-card with new support along with a two-year period. Throughout the purchase, I established the gift-card and was informed that it requires 60-days to procedure and 3 months to make the journey to me - that will be just-in-time for holiday buying and worked ideal for me.

I recently named Verizon to confirm the standing of my gift-card and was informed that I had been registered at no cost multiple-space DVR for a lifetime. Delay, what? I actually donot have a multiple-space DVR... Somehow the marketing was transformed without me understanding it and after I put my purchase. I have approached Verizon VIA phone first and was easily disconnected when requested to consult with a boss. I next approached them bu mail. I will inform that I obtained atleast a partial prefabricated reaction since the response didn't reply all my issue or made it happen tackle all my issues. Next I called again - the brokers that I talked with stored showing me that this free DVR is much better and I ought to be pleased with that. I am not, it wasn't what I registered for and it is not what I need. I'd like the offer that I registered for
