Defective Phone Replacement policy

I've NEVER been provided this type of silly run-around by alleged "customer support" in my own life. I've a Samsung phone bought through Straighttalk that's not worked properly since I have first purchased. (microphone appears to be faulty, People I speak with declare they CAn't notice me until I'm utilizing a hands-free headset, then I'm noisy and obvious therefore, the telephone works, however it is very annoying to just have the ability to utilize it having a head-set) Samsung demands this be managed through my company. Straighttalkis "plan" would be to just substitute a faulty telephone AFTER I ship away my telephone for approximately 14 days and it is obviously made to harm the client within the expectations they wont have to accomplish something. This plan possibly places the clientis LIFESTYLES in risk. Our mobile phone is my only telephone. I reside in the nation not near every other telephone support. Their plan might need me to stay a situation where I'd struggle to call 911 in the event of an urgent situation for just two weeks, and of course the trouble to do without conversation AND dropping prepaid airtime during these 2 weeks. I agreed to purchase the alternative to become repaid after I return the faulty telephone... Appears reasonable and places me in more risk than your organization, even though the phone is faulty through no-fault of my own personal. The truth that they'd not accept this shows the plan was created to harm clients. I am aware this is just a "discount support" and that I am not anticipating the higher level of treatment that I'd assume from Verizon or AT&T, but I still anticipate an amount of fundamental reasoning, equity, and decency that appears to be emptiness at the corporation.

I talked to every degree of consultant I really could access it the telephone at your company and all stated "we've to check out guidelines directed at us from the organization". Easily spoke towards the greatest supervisor I really could and was NEVERTHELESS informed he was simply subsequent "rules" then who makes the rules??? Why cannot I keep in touch with that individual??? Your guidelines are poor and have to be transformed. A buddy who named Straighttalk later (after I described what had occurred in my experience) could obtain the telephone number of the person within the corporate workplace, who subsequently didn't reply the phone call. All after going right through rep after repetition, fully challenging to talk to somebody higher-up in policy-making, and being on-hold for over one hour.

I've looked over customer criticism panels and unearthed that I'm not at all alone worrying about that extremely absurd plan. As Straighttalk possibly has a large number of clients this poor policy possibly affects many customers, I'd enjoy GMAis assist in spotlighting a harmful plan.
