Registered to get a 24 hour one time interval in Tokyo, but was billed for 3 "onetime" intervals. Customer support stated I related 3 products, when actually I related 2 — a notebook and iPhone (did not realize that was from the guidelines). Wouldn't provide a return. Described that I connected my notebook twice inside the 24-hour interval, but their reviews confirmed it had been 3 different products. The total amount under consideration is little, but it doesn't make me feel assured within their support if their application can't precisely study a MAC address. Will-call the financial institution and challenge the costs & and not utilize them again.
