This evaluation is for the whole Cavalier Telephone company.
I've never experienced such terrible customer support when I have with this particular organization. I've been with no phone-line since July 14th. It's today Sept 28th and not just is Cavalier not repairing my problem however they keep giving me bills, with fund costs, threatening to ruin my own credit and certainly will not quit. I've been about the telephone using their customer support reps for weeks to no avail. They're situated in the Philippians and can't appear to understand the idea of clients' disappointment about being billed for providers not made. I eventually broke down and settled one-bill using the guarantee that I wont obtain anymore after which I acquired another statement within the email. Upon further protest towards the organization I'm still being informed that I've to keep paying bills whether or not my phone-line works or not till they repair the problem after which I'm going to be repaid. I actually donot understand how that calculates of the nation but I believe every National may accept me that, that simply does not travel. I can't say enough bad reasons for this customer support expertise. I highly encourage everybody to move the term this isn't a business to invest money with. Cavalier Phone doesn't deserve our hard earned cash. They don't deserve our company. Their corporate framework and customer support is really as great as tossing profit the bathroom. I highly desire actually present Cavalier client to jump ship. Saving cash from their reduced prices is not worth the top pain of the awful customer support guidelines. I really wish somebody in Cavalier Corporate Practices IN THE USA says this. I'm beyond livid and certainly will keep yelling about how terrible the corporation is till I am orange within the experience. DON'T USE THE CORPORATION FOR THE PHONE PROVIDERS!
