I purchased a tv about 2 yrs ago. I settled fir television license for that year. I obtained a phone from VVM lawyeris that I've to pay for R750.00, consult why is up this quantity they declare it's for penalities plus one year television license membership. With no conversation or something in the SABC and VVM lawyeris they need me to pay for R750.00.
