Magic Jack is a great idea and it works sometimes. However it is totally unreliable in useful service. Dropped calls, program looses connection to internet, tech support is completely useless. I have spent hours a day for several days a week to try to get the tech guys to set me up right. It never works for more than a few minutes. I hate it. I got what I paid for and can't get a refund for my multi-year subscription. These people are just thieves; I don't they meant to be; but that is what they have become. A totally useless device; it pains me because I was initially a big supporter.
