Letter was sent to XO to cancel services as my boss wants everything in writing. I was told they are a special vendor and don't do it in writing because payments go somewhere else. Jim G. From BSC who hooked us up with XO told us to do it in writing now they are billing us for 3 months of service instead of 30 days like it should have been. We did everything exactly like we do with any other vendor and they aren't willing to bend or help us at all.
