Dwight gave me cost of bundle (Internet, Phone, cable & TV) approx $77.32 plus tax, under transction # A6S72F9 during Christmas time last year. I was told the inital installation would be free with 30 days guaranteed. I received my first bill of $444.01. This included almost $ 200 for insatllation and other charges including two months bill of TV services. I have talked to couple of customer service agents and their supervisors without much help. I have finally sent a registered letter to their Senior VP of residential services regarding the billing. So far no word. I received second month bill of $ 144.00 including $37. For long distance calls which has left me a total bill of $ 104.00. Which is no where near what was promised by Dwight. I want to cancel services with Bell but that would cost me approx. $400. Not sure what to do. I hope this complaint will get Bell's attention to correct the situation.
