On 6 March we found our home house phone-line wasn't functioning. We named the ATT fix telephone number supplied. We were subsequently informed that it'dnot be fixed until Wed, March 9, after 3 PM. We weren't pleased with this late reaction within the first-place and named back often but couldn't get free from "noted information" cycle. But, nevertheless, were-organized our agendas so we'd be property. At 5:19 PM, March 9th, we were named from the same fix quantity (877-737-2478) we'd named and were informed a specialist would not be out today until Friday, March 10th! We can not do that. Whenever we named this same ATT fix quantity back again to protest, we extended to obtain the recorded communication cycle. After I ultimately somehow spoken to some genuine individual, she stated the pc did not display something about this type of phone to us slowing the on site restoration. What? What type of support is that this? As a result of this runaround AND INCREDIBLY, inadequate support, in the end these decades with ATT, we plan to end our connection with ATT. But our phone-line better be set and quickly since we're still paying clients!
