Account transfer not done after 7 weeks

On 11 March I had been in the MTN service-center outside Channel Walk to move my cellphone consideration from my dads name to my name. All of the necessary paper-work was finished and paid to Francisco Horniman to become sent to HQ. I had been educated this will require per week to be finished.

Four weeks later on 8 May I had been in the same department again to discover what's happening. I talked to some expert and was educated he might do-nothing and might deliver a contact to Francisco Horniman to contact me. I had been not approached by Francisco Horniman or other people from MTN within the subsequent months.

On 18 May I had been again only at that same department which period Francisco Horniman was there. He couldn't verify the standing of my software and may likewise not verify whether my paper-work was certainly faxed through on 11 March. He attempted to locate my paper-work but couldn't and created a unconvincing justification that it may be within the supervisors office (not there at that time). He got my cellphone range and stated he'd telephone me the next evening. HE DIDN'T TELEPHONE ME which is nearly 14 days later.
