I've reported to vodacom about my 3G card contract being improved without my understanding after I'd particularly named a couple weeks earlier to cxl the agreement. Today nobody has had it upon themselves to help solve this after i documented that I had been billed in march.
That Is fraud and Vodacom isn't doing something to safeguard us (the customers). The team in the call-centre also not USEFUL.
I'd like my reimbursement for march and also the agreement cxld instantly. I'll start an incident of scam if this isn't categorized within 24hrs when I didn't increase this agreement. This really is UNDESIRABLE and incredibly HORRIBLE... No wnoder ppl are changing to MTN. They're skilled plus they usually return to their clients when there is a while VOdacom ignores complains.
Appears like vodacom really wants to change the fault on me... I did so not extend the deal!!!
