Cash call lied about my rate, everything was done on line and i was rushed, i was told my lending amount was a certain figure and later found out it was a lie, i was down one month and a collection agent said "dont make us send our people out there" which scared me to death and i almost called the cops.
Has anyone started a class action law suit against them?
If so, why not? Can we? Please let me know if you are interested in joining me in one.
