The shop manager doesn't help his salesforce and will not back exactly what the client is informed. Getting this towards the Better Business Institution was useless because they did nothing. Somebody declaring these were from Corp. Headquarters named 3 times but declined to place something written down. I question if that individual was really in the Verizon Wireless Corporate Headquarters.
