I purchased a brand new Telephone agreement including an Web agreement with MTN about the 4th of February and after having my amount transformed into prepaid and having it distributed around Interface, MTN have today obtained 3 months to port the amount but still haven't approved it.
I've paid R100 to get a simulator swtich and also have obtained my new telephone but can't utilize it since the MTN quantity has been scrapped, my amount with my additional company which MTN are designed to take for porting has become prepaid and so indicates I've to waiste time and purchase air-time till I will make use of the agreement I'm spending money on however isn't open to me.
Why should one visit these steps to obtain support from the supplier, that you believed might be much better than the prior, but am today questioning is just a better choice.
