Normally I had been annoyed, particularly given that they recommended I take advantage of "their" device. They confronted to contact protection since I have would not take-no for a solution. I eventually found another telephone number for "QPay". They explained today that I've 2 choices, utilize the $48 to my next cost, or delay 4-6 months to get a check. More outrage. Q-Pay and City Computers are liars and secrets. I'd like an instantaneous cash return. I paid money, I'd like cash back TODAY!!! I'm worrying below, the BBB, Ripoff.com, LA Times, OC Registar, OC area Lawyer, State Attorney General's Workplace and also the FTC.
