I've my telephone and online sites from Verizon. Since August they've been getting my charge card towards the support, without making me a statement. I don't obtain a document statement. When I attempt to access their online statement I usually obtain a message stating "We're presently having difficulties with your request". After paying 3-hour to date on telephone I really could not obtain a person to speak with. Each time I contact and understand via a labyrinth of selections to the stage where my phone has been moved I get disconnected. That is really annoying. Since I have have 24 months agreement together I'm unable to stop their support.
