Trap of international calls

I accidentally created a global calls utilizing Verizon house telephone. So when the statement arrived, it costs me $66.87 for 23 units (nearly $3 each minute).

What upsets me many is how arrogant and rigid Verizon is. I created over 4 calls to request to alter the price they cost me to some lower one like $1 each minute. They clearly rejected it.

When Compared With others while I experienced handled just like a client, Verizon simply does not care. Every time the consultant repeated "that's the plan, we can not change. You created an error, you purchase it".

So here's Verizon: first they put up lure for extra income flow. They drive the purchase for you for purchasing their worldwide strategy whenever you protest. Nevertheless, should you choosenot need their worldwide phone strategy, they're really arrogant to alter the price.
