Only a follow up to some prior criticism - On 6/11/09 2pm CST I talked with tech-support at Plantronics US, and mentioned N1Wireless particularly. Their declaration concerning N1wireless was, "N1wireless isn't a supplier of Plantronics products. The only real products that they'll obtain are faulty or imperfect items. These items aren't justified by Plantronics." N1Wireless plus one other organization are under-active appropriate action with Plantronics. Don't buy out of this organization!
