I approached them online plus they stated they don't take product with no RMA number though these details wasn't revealed using the purchase. Used to do not obtain this back when I must have when they declined it like a "go back to sender". They've not answered to my emails since plus they don't possess a telephone number.in the minimum they ought to return my unique Plantronics and so I may follow additional options.
