Our company delivered two composed characters to AT & T to end support. All of that they dismissed declaring that they can just recognize a telephone call from us. Obviously we obtain the "push 1 for this", and "push 2 for that" and finally get placed on store. From the period we got ahold of the consultant they actually reduce our providers as required but dismissed the characters (which were sent 8 weeks formerly) we'd delivered; meaning they stated we owed them. Overall we reported towards the BBB with small impact and today using the Federal Communication Commission. The expenses proceed with late charges and because of the theory of the situation we're not likely to spend the expenses being delivered. This ordeal continues to be continuing for 6 months. As Leader of our company I've ended my house AT&T support as a result of this and we've more than 50% of our account (140) who consequently ended their AT&T providers they personally have. We shall proceed to motivate the remainder of our account to end support with this specific unethically organization at each regular meeting. With having said that, we don't suggest AT&T like a company for anybody seeking DSL or every other telephone providers. You will find a lot more moral businesses available.
