Yesterday I go my phone bill from CenturyLink. I was absolutely livid when I saw that I had a $14.95 charge from Streaming Flix. I called them this afternoon after lunch and TRIED to explain that I never heard of them nor did I receive an e-mail from them on November 2 to sign up for their services. The woman I talked to adamantly explained that they had an order form from me despite my adamant protests that I never received such an e-mail let alone sign up. I called CenturyLink and the gentleman that helped me out had the charges removed from my bill. I had a different $14.95 charge from a different company and the man I talked to there suggested the following: get a third party billing block on your phone. I did just that and if any of you can get ghe same thing go ahead and do it.
