I recieved my Verizon phone bill and noticed it had increased by $14.95
When I reviewed for the charges, there was a "new service provider this month", HBS Billing Services. The charge allegedly was for Streaming Flix Monthly Fee.
When I called the HBS phone number, I was sent a copy of a "Letter Of Agency" which appeared to be an order form including my full information including my last 4 digits of my social security number!
HBS offered to "cancel" my service but not refund the bogus fee, which I have not used and will not pay to Verizon.
To me, this appears to include elements of identity theft.
