First, the website is under-construction which means you can't perform any online businesses about the Straighttalk site. I merely had a need to revise info regarding my "Car Refill." After I named customer support, I had been placed on store for half an hour. I hungup. Three nights later, I Have named again, and did obtain a customer support consultant within about a minute. Obviously the organization was not organized perfectly for that increase of company—ideally this can change.
