I registered Cingular Wireless pursuing an internet ad by their approved broker, Inphonic (1010 Wisconsin Avenue NW Suite 600 Washington, DC 20007) The ad guaranteed free phones, a $600 refund on two Motorola MPX-220 phones. Though I've fulfilled all problems to get my discounts, equally Cingular and Inphonic WOn't recognize the refund.

The refund guidelines suggested 'records should be postmarked no sooner than 180 times with no later than 210 times after service.' I translated the directions as business days. There have been no more specifics neither within the ad wording, or within the refund directions regarding how precisely these 30 days is likely to be measured (i.E., such as the evening of the service and also the evening of postmarking or not, whether business days or schedule days, etc). Furthermore, the discounts needed 'a radio statement dated between 150 times and 210 times after service.' The Cingular expenses I'm getting are now actually not old (only times that seem are payment period period and due date, not the 'payment date').
