I bought an LG Voyager March 13. On April 16, while speaking about the telephone, I observed a sizable dark 'blob' about the outside display. I strolled in to the cerritos VZ shop and informed the repetition I needed to switch to get a new telephone. He got one consider the telephone and stated the harm was because of extreme-pressure being about the touchscreen and refused this might be a producer's deficiency. Viewing there is no real harm to the outside display of the telephone, and also the proven fact that I had been speaking about the phone when this occurred, I requested to talk to a boss. The boss proceeded to see me that I've insurance and could be provided a 'restored' telephone for fifty bucks, that will be the deductible amount. I proceeded to describe to him that approximately. 35 days before I bought this phone FRESH and am not likely to spend another fifty bucks to get a used telephone. I needed a return. He mentioned a reimbursement wasn't feasible since the telephone was broken. I quit the shop together with his business-card at hand, and named what I believed was the organization workplace. The CS representative about the telephone questioned me easily held my phone-in my wallet. I informed her I maintain my phone-in my bag, and he or she proceeded to inform me it had been not really a secure spot to maintain it since the display could be easily broken! Obviously I obtained nowhere together with her and requested to talk to her boss. Same situation. He could not do something for me personally. I eventually said I do want to stop my contract, and he explained that will charge me $170 since I had been in a brand new two-year contract.in either case I wind up spending. This isn't an incident of person misuse or incorrect handling. The LCD display automatically began to 'bleed' making the telephone ineffective and Verizon states that since you will find no additional reviews of the happening, I'm instantly to blame. I've discovered a number of other sites about that same task happening and am very certain verizon understands what's occurring.
