World Calling Card-Not usable

I bought WCC of AIRTEL for Rs. 500/-Order/Packaging No. 977676640000977676640002 on 21stMarch09 only preceding starting from MAA (Chennai).

After landing here I attempted to make use of about the above home plus they declined to simply accept my phone to

India and elsewhere. They insisted on charge card that we dont have (to become applied below).

I'm not able to utilize and dont understand where you can place the criticism and obtain solved.

Card No. 9870xxxxxxxxxx for information. Please provide me some correct means to fix this problem. Tks.
