World calling card not working

Hi. I am Barath from Coimbatore. I bought a Airtel WCC from Chennai Airport on 4th May value Rs. 500 and travelled to USA. I tried calling through the access number from Orlando, Florida, It says the card is inactive. Kindly reactivate at the earliest. My card Batch / tracking number is: 985180750000985180750018. The pin: 96039573473473874. Kindly do the needful.
