Keep receiving telephone calls out of this collection company about a sum I owe Verizon, I terminated my support with Verizon on 1/7/09. I named Verizon to ask what it had been that I owed plus they inform me I actually donot owe something, actually they owe me $12.55 credit for an overpayment. Unsure if this can be a FRAUD, the CCA individuals are ridiculous, they do not actually care what Verizon is informing me simply because they have obtained the take into account selection of course if I actually donot need credit rating problems, I have to have my charge card # useful the next time I contact. Any suggestions so what can be achieved, I intend on calling their state attorney-general within CA but apart from that, any sugegstions could be valued?
