These folks as of this organization are insane and rude. I obtained an account for that organization that I actually do the accounting for from Simple Yellow Pages, Inc. I approached EYP since I really couldnot look for a prior bill for them. I named them-and questioned if it was a brand new bill or an exsiting restoration and Stephane explained the organization had approved six months free of charge and also the bill was for ongoing support. The bill was for $479.99. I informed her this must be terminated since the organization currently had marketing support. She stated it'd not be terminated till they received cost for that bill and hung-up on me after I requested on her boss's title. Avoid these folks. I believed the repetition stated Yellow Pages... Hang-up in the event that you notice SIMPLE Yellow Pages. Large Fraud to grab cash!
