After I incorrectly blocked a collect phone from the member of the family in a correctional center, I attempted roughly 4-5 times more than 2 months to "unblock" with T-Netix customer support. Each representative informed me they eliminated the stop and that I could be ready to get calls; to no avail.
I approached the Public Service Fee for my condition, who submitted my criticism quickly.
I also approached the Broward Correctional primary service; they instantly eliminated the stop.
Also, T-Netix costs over $2.00 for that first moment, that they consume with prompts (that you can't bypass, while you cannot strike "0" to simply accept before you notice the requests).
What's the advantage of this telecommunications organization that costs more towards the customer?
