Thanks to the Better Business Bureau, http://www.la. BBB.org/Home. Aspx, I was able to get the clowns in customer service to waive cancellation fees and outrageous overcharges. I am outta there finally, never going back to Helio but it was a process. Starting with surly phone techs who barely speak english and read from a textbook without using logic. Their first approach is that you pay them everything, then you dispute afterwards. Yeah, right. Then they won't let you cancel till you pay in full. Then no one has any records when you call to follow up on issues.
