Was suckered into signing up for a service

I believed it was a in the telephone business and didn't recognize it's a soliticitation. It claims in large characters it's not really a statement as well as in small printing that I'll be billed an enormous amount for detailing my company. This can be a deceptive mailing plus they ought to be prosecuted!
