They changed one container that hadnot been exercising of 3 containers we'd plus they delivered it and that I hooked it-up then our primary container nevertheless was not working plus they stated they'd substitute it for $40 along with a fresh 2-year commitment. I told them we did not wish to devote therefore after 3 more weeks of looking to get the container to function we ended the support and after 5 years they would like to cost a $375.00 charge for early cancelation. I requested 3 different repetitions why and lastly discovered it had been for that fresh container they offered me in July. We'd had several conversations to exhibit them we did not wish to devote and that I received no paper-work or something to express the very first small container they changed, which hadnot worked in weeks was like registering fresh. Whew.
