Our July AT&t-bill involved a cost from Bomb Comm Svcs efax & vmail mth charge. I named AT&T to ask what it had been, since I have hadn't requested any extra providers and had never heard about Bomb Comm before. They stated I'd to get hold of the organization immediately. Used to do so. They stated it had been billed in mistake and had been already taken off my statement, but my next bill came with that quantity found as still owing. The individual I talked with at Bomb Comm actually offered me a verification number for "rescheduling" (although I never requested it) the support: 214 555. The telephone number they'd supplied about the initial statement no further reaches the organization. Exactly what a fraud! Just how can a business be permitted to simply include costs to my telephone bill without my purchasing them or providing them with authorization?
