I called Airtel customer care for the cancellation of my postpaid Add on as I lost my sim and hand set. The agent said that it is disconnected. But after 4 months I checked the hard copy of my mobile bill and i was still getting the bill for my add on. They take the money for my bill from my credit card so i was ignorant of this. After this I called around 20 times to disconnect the add on but they were insisting mr to take another number. I also paid around 1400 unnecessarily for the other number which they didn't refund. Its a very big torture. I am switching to Vodafone.
