Illegal actions and no ethics

Upon hooking-up our fresh Vonage telephone, the Vonage organization illegally disconnected support from our additional company phone without our permission, (after repeatedly showing us there could be no clash using the additional point) and after over THREE HOURS about the phone declined to actually acknowledge it had been feasible. (and yes... They did get it done, this isn't a misunderstanding).

And in the end that, declined to move on getting people the momentary $40 remove charge, despite we described that we-didn't CONTAIN IT within the consideration also it might create a facility fee from our lender. (that was bill administration, cheers Thoriah or whetever your title was)

Thanks, Vonage, and because of your condescending team of visitors for placing people through nightmare and taking people of the complete weekendis value of company (to date).
