We're extremely frustrated with Comcastis complete insufficient customer support as well as their failure to complete careers they began! This is a copy of our current mail to the region councilman:

Ideally you are able to assist us get Comcast out below to complete the things they began almost 30 days before
Over three months before, a Comcast vehicle was observed in top of our home in Gaithersburg, installing a wire line-in our yard. Whenever we delivered later, the point have been left unburied, operating through our yard, and hooking-up to an AVAILABLE green (electric?) box. The point REMAINS, despite numerous telephone calls to Comcast, and also the container continues to be available.
Whenever we first named, Comcast guaranteed us an 'visit' last Friday, June 4th. Why we had a need to plan them in the future out below to hide the point they set is very beyond us. They never turned up. Whenever we named again, they stated they'd no report of the Friday visit.
