Magellan has the worst tech support and customer service
I contacted Magellan tech support on September 17. Today is now October 22 and I'm still waiting on the replacement gps. It's under warranty. I only live 20 miles from where they're shipping it. At the time I called I hadn't even had it 6 months. The satellites would go down and put me back up 14 ...
