I made an opening order of over $500 in glasses after being laid off from my job. I didn't have lots of money and was hoping to make a fresh start (or at least make some extra money until I was able to get back on my feet).
I placed an order totaling over $500 to Imposterwear. When I received the order It felt a little light. Opening the box I found boxes with 3-7 pairs of glasses in them (should have been a dozen in each) and many missing models. I contacted them to tell them that there had been a mistake. They told me that there had been no mistake - they didn't make mistakes. If there were models missing, then someone at my house must have taken them.
I took this box directly out of the UPS drivers hands...
They said that they wouldn't refund my money or send any more glasses. And if II tried to report them, they would make my life a living hell...
Well. It's been a few months with no resolution, so here I am.
Please do not buy from this company. There are many other reputable sunglass dealers out there - but not this one.
