I placed an order on 9/18 & it is now 11/26. My order still says processing & there is no way to contact anyone either by phone or email

I Placed an order on 9/18, it is now 11/26. My order still says processing. The email they supply for you to contact bounces back. They have the email address listed with one letter off. Sneaky. There is also no phone number listed.
