It's real easy. I bought a gun, it was defective, he won't take it back & won't replace it. So don't go there and trust him. Read a lot of other stuff meantime about his business practices trying to pump himself up. Someone luckily told me about this site, my only recourse. Gun was not expensive enough to take him to court over. Buy from trustworthy law abiding gunshops folks! Go to walmart for all i care! But don't go to GUNHAWK FIREARMS!!!
