Ct boat repair
Had them rebuild the motor. A 3.0 GS 4 cylinder and it cost $4000.00. $ hours on the engine and it died. Brought the boat in hoping it was under warranty. Nope its the carburetor rebuild will cost $96

This guy Mike is charging almost $1000.00 for a $228.00 carburetor.
I am going tomorrow to pay the $150.00 diagnostic fee and making him put in writing that it is the
carburetor so that when I replace it and it still does not fix the situation I will get my money back.
When I looked at the Carb, the line that delivers the gas looked like they had taken a pair of vise grips to the flange nut and the same to the accelerator pump. Hack job if you ask me.
