Last Christmas I bought two skydiving deals through LivingSocial. Attempting to increase the enjoyment, I named the skydiving organization and mentioned I needed to buy two movies aswell. They called me to 1800SkyRide. Fast-forward annually 5 and 4 skydive cancellations later (because of weather, legit terrible weather, but not many times to reschedule because of over-booking) we ultimately could jump earlier this weekend. We came with this skydive and movie deals simply to be educated that Skydive Philadelphia no further is associated with 1800SkyRide and our movie deals were useless. Because that time, I've attempted numerous events (atleast 10) to get hold of 1800SkyRide to try and determine what I will perhaps do with one of these ineffective $200 movie deals. Each time I contact, I'm on-hold for 20 units (severe persistence on my component) after which an answering machine accumulates and that I keep a note. Not really an upset concept requiring money-back, for several they understand I really could just wish to receive a voucher! The only real moment I've got somebody about the telephone is after I push "1" for brand new client. Appears like they just have sufficient team to protect new clients, the ones that haven't had their money swindled away. The clients who've compensated do not be seemingly worth their time. I'm acutely somewhat and scammed by the corporation. They offered me something that doesn't occur plus they have created it difficult for me personally to make contact with them. I have experimented with contact my charge card organization but a cost change does not appear probable whilst the cost was created 1 5 years before (voucher nevertheless legitimate!) and often disputes should be positioned within 60 times. If perhaps I'd troubled to analyze the corporation whatsoever... I'd have experienced the variety of grievances against them-and might have remained away!
