I questioned the rep THREE times specifically asking if price was for ALL family members or just one. Was told it applied to all family members. Not true! The price quoted was PER family member. So instead of $22/month, I was billed $88/month. Call the cancel the three family members I thought were included and was told it would cost $75 a person to cancel! They would not waive the fee. Called their corporate office and explained it was due to their miscommunication. They still wouldn't budge. Absolutely ridiculous! I guess not collecting that $225 would bankrupt the company? Poor way to do business. Beware!
