After purchasing merchandise from The Dugout via telephone with my credit card, I only received half of my order. When I followed up with the store to see if it was shipped in seperate boxes, I was accused of lying about not receiving their products. I was told nothing could be done to help me even though I had already paid for the merchandise in full.
I was finally able to get in touch with the manager/owner several days later who was extremely rude and did not want to address the problem. He accused me of stealing the merchandise even though I already paid for them and had no intentions of helping me solve the problem. He dismissed my attempts of trying to figure out the process of receiving my paid for merchandise by hanging up on me. I have still not received my merchandise and have already paid for the products. This business is a scam. They will not refund you or send you the merchandise they owe you after you do not receive it. They have been reported by the Better Business Bureau for not delivering products to customers on multiple occasions.
