Horrible customer support and main difficulties with delivery and deliveries. I put an order on 2/5 and just found out that I will not receive it until 2/22/12! They didn't actually want to overnight the purchase once they recognized they'd created an enormous error. They returned the $7.50 delivery costs to get a merchandise that will be currently worthless in my experience. I actually submitted a certified using the Chicago BBB. The Boombah repetition had the nerve to record towards the BBB that I appeared "happy with their present...". DEFINITELY NOT correct. Do yourself a benefit and stick with the large kids who understand how to keep in touch with clients (I.E., Dicks or Sports Authority).
