The service is superior to that of other Dicks or Sports Authority stores. The main reason is the leadership. Your manager John provides personal service. He is both knowledgeable and courteous. He is patient and understanding of my many questions. He has taken what could just be an impersonal “big-box store” experience and turned it in to a visit at a neighborhood store. This type of customer service is a relic of the past that is gratefully appreciated by this customer.
