Next day air did not happen and they do not respond to emails or phone calls!

I ordered a gun for my sons birthday and I used next day air delivery service, well its a week later and still I havent recieved my order. I left about 5 emails and 4 phones call to this company its now been 7 days and still no feed back. Terible service in my experience, very frustrating!
