I was shopping for a swing for my son on amazon.com. I ordered a swing at night, and then in morning i went outside and saw that i needed a longer rope for the swing. I went inside and sent a request to cancel the yellow swing which had a shorter rope and had not yet shipped! I explained I was going to order a more expensive swing with a a longer rope from the same website/company Playkids. I ordered the more expensive swing. I received no response from Playkids. I continued to send email after email after email and solicited the assistance from Amazon.com and they sent emails. I received no response. I started calling and leaving messages, eventually the message box was full and still no one responded. Believe it or not the message at the other end of the line had the audacity to say they pride themselves on customer service! What a joke! It has been one full week and I have received NO response from the company despite numerous efforts to first cancel and stop the order from even shipping and then to divert the order and now to return the order. Of course the item arrived. I do not even want to open it. The more expensive swing will be arriving soon I am sure. So now I will be stuck with paying for two swings one of which I do not even want and I still cannot even receive assistance from this company. To add insult to injury I found these items on Costco.com. Needless to say I would discourage you from supporting a company who does not even have the common courtesy to return their customers calls.
