I purchased a one year prepaid membership in February.in March, my husband's employer informed him that he was being transferred immediately.
I politely asked the management of this facility if we could have a prorated refund for our membership, which we were only two months into. The manager assured me that I would get some of my money back, and told me to "Just give him three or four days to work that out."
Well it never happened. Every time I called, he either would not return my phone calls, or he would answer and say "Sure, you'll get your money back, just give me three or four more days."
He was giving me the runaround; This went on for three months. I finally realized he was lying and that I would never see my money again.
